This site collects nothing. There is no account, no cookie banner, no analytics script and no tracking pixel.
Your question stays on your device
By default the search runs entirely in your browser: the guides are part of the page, and matching happens locally. Nothing about your residence permit, your income or your family situation leaves your device.
Extra help, only if you switch it on
When the built-in search cannot find an answer, the page offers a decision model that can point to the guide that fits your question. That is off until you allow it. Before you do, the page shows you exactly what would be sent: your question (with account numbers, e-mail addresses and phone numbers replaced by a label) and the titles of a few candidate guides. It goes through this site's own server to the model provider, TypeSafe, whose servers are outside the EU; it is not stored here. The model only points at one of our guides and adds no text of its own, and you can withdraw your permission at any time. Permission expires by itself after 90 days.
Fonts and files
The two typefaces are served from this site itself, not from a font CDN, so no third party learns that you visited. The only outbound links are the official government pages behind each fact; you follow those yourself, when you choose to.
What this site is not
These guides explain official Dutch procedures and link to the source for every fact. They are not legal, tax or immigration advice. Your own situation can differ — always check the official page before you act.
