Who we are

What you are buying

You buy a licence to use the Pro features of this app, as a monthly or yearly subscription or a one-off purchase, as shown at checkout. The licence is personal and cannot be transferred.

Payment

Payment goes through Polar, which handles the payment, invoicing and VAT as the selling party. Prices are shown including tax before you pay. A subscription continues until you cancel it; you can cancel at any time, before the end of the current period.

Right of withdrawal

For digital content that becomes available straight after payment, the checkout asks for your express consent, and by giving it you lose the fourteen-day withdrawal period. Without that consent you can cancel within fourteen days without giving a reason.

Use and licence

Your key is for your own use only. Misuse, resale or sharing of your key entitles us to withdraw the licence.

No advice

The results of this app are an aid and not tax, legal or financial advice. Check important decisions with a professional.

Liability

We do our best to keep the app correct and available but cannot guarantee it. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the last twelve months, except in cases of intent or gross negligence and where the law requires otherwise.

Governing law

Dutch law applies to these terms. Mandatory consumer law of the country where you live continues to apply.
